All participants are required to register and pay their registration fee:

• Early-bird registration deadline: May 29, 2026
• Late registration deadline: June 29, 2026

Please fill in the registration form found by clicking the register button (in English). Soon after submitting you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration request. You will then receive an e-mail with all the details on payment and invoicing. For registration fee categories, please refer to the table below. Accepted payment methods: debit or credit card (AMEX not accepted), Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Please notice that Cash payments are not accepted.

Furthermore, HDMS will waive the registration fee for a limited number of students. Priority will be given to students studying far from Athens and students who did not have a chance to attend HDMS before.

Application deadline: May 15, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Students applying for this grant are requested NOT to proceed with the registration process, until they have heard back from us (expected on June 5th, 2026). Students whose application is rejected will still have a chance to register with an early student fee.
