All participants are required to register and pay their registration fee:

• Early-bird registration deadline: May 29, 2026
• Late registration deadline: June 29, 2026

Please fill in the registration form found by clicking the register button (in English). Soon after submitting you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration request. You will then receive an e-mail with all the details on payment and invoicing. For registration fee categories, please refer to the table below. There are 2 payment options available: by bank transfer or by debit/credit card using Eurobank Livepay. Please notice that Cash payments are not accepted.

Furthermore, HDMS will waive the registration fee for a limited number of students. Priority will be given to students with an accepted paper, students studying far from Athens and students who did not have a chance to attend HDMS before.
